RETURNS / CHANGES
Our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction. If the products you bought do not fit as you wish you have the right to return them and ask for a change in size or choose something else. In this case you will have to return the products you wish to change in their original packaging within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The procedure you need to follow has 3 easy steps:
1. Call us or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to inform that you intend to return the product.
2. Fill in the return form which you can download from this page. E-mail it with your full name and order number at.
3. Send us the return form with the product in a safe package (if you don’t have a printer you can send the form by email). It is a prerequisite for the returning product to be in the condition that you received it. This means, of course, that they have not been used or damaged.
For changes and refunds of products not due to Mama Said‘s fault, the Customer is charged with the return and resend costs of the products. If the Customer, after following the procedure above, chooses to return and receive the products from the company’s headquarters, he/she will not be charged.
It is noted that, if the Customer so wishes, he/she may make use of the cooperating courier company (Speedex). In this case, there is a choice, upon agreement, to make the deposit in our bank account, instead of paying at the courier.
Returning products are at your own risk until they reach us. Only returning products that are in excellent condition will be accepted. In case of a packaged product (e.g. in a carton or net), the return will be accepted if the original package is intact (not opened) and the contents within it are placed as delivered.
Once the above has been adhered to, after receiving and checking the products, we will contact you to make a change in either size or type.
For hygienic reasons we do not accept changes in underwear, swimsuits and stockings/tights.
Return of faulty products
At Mama Said we are selling products of companies that are known for their excellent quality. However, it may happen during the quality check that a defect is not detected. If the product you received is defective you should follow these steps below, within 7 calendar days:
1. Call us or email us (email@example.com) to explain the defect in as much detail as possible. Photos of the defected product would be helpful. After the defect is confirmed we will contact you.
2. Fill in the return form which you can download from this page. Send us the return form with the product in a safe package (if you don’t have a printer you can send the form by email).
3. Deliver the package to our cooperating courier company (Speedex).
Once the defective nature of the product is verified, we will contact you so that you deliver the parcel to the courier company with which our company cooperates. In case of a defective product return, the Customer will not be charged with shipping costs. Once we receive the returning items, within 3-5 business days, we will contact you.
Withdrawal from the purchase
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days. By exercising the withdrawal, you are required to return the product to us in the perfect and flawless condition that you have received it, within 14 calendar days. Within the same timeframe (from receipt of the product) we are obliged to refund the amounts you have paid us.
1. Withdrawal does not need to be justified and if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product exactly in the state he has received, with all its parts, the accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition.
2. Return of the item is accepted only if the purchaser has first paid out any amount paid by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.
3. The withdrawal statement is executed in writing or electronically and the Company is required to send confirmation of receipt of a withdrawal statement as soon as it comes to it.
4. Following the cancellation notice, the Company is required to reimburse the price received within 14 days of receipt of the products.
5. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legalization documents and receipts. Return shipping costs are not covered by Mama Said and are charged to the Customer.
6. Refunded money does not include original shipping costs, but only the value of the returned product. If the Customer had received free shipping costs in the original order, he has to additionally bear the amount of these costs, depending on the shipping area.
The Customer is not entitled to a withdrawal in the cases of Article 3l of Law 2251 / 94 and in any other case provided for by law or by this Act in accordance with the law. The Customer is not entitled to the withdrawal right for swimsuits, underwear and socks/pantyhoses for hygiene purposes.
